TPU is a kind of polymer material which is polymerized by diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI), macromolecular polyol and low molecular polyol (chain extender). Its molecular structure is composed of rigid blocks obtained by reaction of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI) with chain extender, and flexible blocks obtained by reaction of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI) with macromolecular polyols.

TPU is a mature environmental protection material with excellent properties of high tension, high tension, toughness and aging resistance. At present, TPU has been widely used in medical and health, electronic and electrical appliances, industry and sports, etc. it has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, wear resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, climate resistance, etc., which are unmatched by other plastic materials.
