I. Construction
This product features a three-layer composite structure manufactured using a one-shot co-extrusion process, ensuring tight bonding between layers with no delamination.
1. Lining Layer Both inner and outer layers are made of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer, offering excellent abrasion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and anti-aging properties. The material causes no contamination to the conveyed medium and ensures smooth concrete flow without residue.
2. Reinforcement Layer The middle layer consists of high-tenacity polyester fiber or aramid woven fabric, providing superior pressure-bearing capacity and tensile strength. Conductive fibers can be embedded in selected models to effectively dissipate static electricity, ensuring operational safety.
3. Cover Layer TPU polyurethane elastomer applied via extrusion-through-the-weave technology, allowing the TPU material to uniformly penetrate the woven layer and achieve integrated bonding between inner/outer layers and reinforcement, delivering excellent UV, ozone, and weather resistance.

1. Coupling Connection

    Hose can be transported flat-coiled and deployed by laying flat on the work surface
