High-Pressure Abrasion-Resistant Through-the-weave TPU Hose is specifically developed for high-pressure working environments, capable of withstanding extreme pressure fluctuations without bursting or leaking. Its unique through-the-weave production process ensures tight bonding between the TPU layers and the polyester reinforcement, forming a robust structure that resists abrasion, puncture, and tearing. The TPU cover has 5 times more wear-resistant than traditional nitrile rubber hoses, making it suitable for rough terrain such as open-pit mines, quarries, and construction sites where hoses are prone to friction with rocks and debris. It is widely used in hydraulic fracturing (fracking) operations, where high-pressure water transfer (up to 3.5 million US gallons per well) is required, as well as high-pressure surface pumping in mining.
