The TPU outer cover is flame‑retardant, and resistant to long‑term sunlight exposure, ozone and weathering. The intermediate reinforcement is a circular‑woven high‑tenacity polyester fabric, uniformly supporting positive pressure and resisting shape change under load, anti‑static (with conductive filaments). The co‑extruded one‑step process integrates all three layers into a monolithic composite without adhesive dead zones, delivering outstanding flexibility and weather ability from ‑40℃ to 70℃. Compared with single‑layer TPU hoses, working pressure and service life are significantly extended.
