Featuring an advanced through-the-weave construction where 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn is completely embedded with TPU compound, this fracking hose forms a single homogeneous structure without the use of any glues or adhesives—eliminating delamination risks and delivering superior mechanical strength.

This multipurpose oilfield hose exhibits exceptional compatibility with a broad spectrum of media encountered in wellsite operations, including water-based fracturing fluids, diesel, crude oil, gasoline, drilling mud, brine, mild chemical solutions, and abrasive slurries
. The nitrile tube provides outstanding oil resistance up to 200°F, while the reinforced construction—featuring multiple textile plies with a static wire—delivers full suction capability and crush resistance essential for demanding field conditions.
Designed for deployment across blender units, hydration units, manifolds, pumps, and frac tank connections, this frac supply hose supports bulk loading/unloading and tank-to-tank transfer with continuous lengths up to 200 feet for maximum inventory versatility and minimal scrap. The 4:1 design factor and operating pressure of 400 psi ensure safety and reliability under high-stress conditions.
