The ultra-high molecular weight TPU elastomer delivers exceptional resistance to abrasion, punctures, chemicals, UV radiation, and extreme weather conditions, making this fracking TPU layflat hose particularly suitable for the challenging terrains and remote locations where shale fracturing operations are typically conducted. When idle, the hose lays flat for efficient storage and transport—its lightweight, compact profile enables rapid deployment and retrieval, reducing rig-up and rig-down time significantly.
Designed for large-volume, high-pressure water transfer over long distances, this fracturing hose supports the immense water requirements of modern hydraulic fracturing operations—which can consume between 1.2 and 5 million gallons of water per well. The hose accommodates a wide range of end connections and is available in diameters from 2″ to 16″, providing maximum flexibility for site-specific layouts.
